She Rises Still is operated by Tionna Honaker ("we," "us," or "our"), based in Montana, USA. She Rises Still is in the process of forming as a limited liability company (LLC) in the State of Montana.

She Rises Still is a faith-based community for women that provides:
- Inspirational and educational content related to faith, family, and calling
- A newsletter with encouragement, stories, and resources
- Information about She Rises Together, our in-person gathering
- A paid community membership (currently $12/month) that provides access to monthly virtual gatherings, early access and updates related to She Rises Together, and digital resources such as devotionals, planner pages, and memory verse cards
- Forms for waitlist registration, newsletter sign-up, partnership inquiries, and membership subscription
- Business automation consultation and system builds — through our affiliation with SUMMIT Business Automation, we offer done-for-you client intake, booking, follow-up, and communication systems for service-based businesses. Inquiries submitted through our business form may be fulfilled in partnership with SUMMIT Business Automation.
3. Use of the Site
You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the Site. You may not:

- Understand that joining a waitlist does not guarantee a spot or specific pricing

8. Paid Memberships & Billing
She Rises Still offers an optional paid community membership. The membership is billed as a recurring monthly subscription (currently $12 per month) and gives members access to monthly virtual gatherings, early access and updates related to She Rises Together, and digital resources such as devotionals, planner pages, and memory verse cards.
- Recurring billing: Your subscription automatically renews each month and your payment method is charged until you cancel.
- Payment processing: Payments are handled securely by our third-party payment processor through GoHighLevel (LeadConnector). We do not collect or store your full payment card details.
- Account access: After your payment is processed, you will receive an email with a link to create or access your membership account on our community platform.
- Cancel anytime: You may opt in or out of the paid membership at any time. When you cancel, your membership access continues through the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew. The free community remains available to you.
- Refunds: Monthly subscription payments are generally non-refundable, except where required by law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at [email protected] and we will work with you in good faith.
- Price & benefit changes: We may change membership pricing or benefits going forward. We will provide notice of any price change, and continued membership after the change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.
- Digital resources: Digital products provided through the membership are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, redistribute, or share them without our written permission.
